Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to join our Sales and Marketing team.
You will coordinate and oversee the administration for all group bookings, working closely with the Revenue Manager and Sales team.
The role requires exemplary written and verbal communication, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Prior reservations/front office experience and Opera PMS are preferred.
