* Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach* Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and emotional state* Support end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and respect for personal wishes* Follow the aged care code of conduct* Participate in continuous improvement, including feedback, training, and adapting care practices* Document and communicate care information accurately within the organisation and with external providers* Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
