The Company...
The Company is a well-respected and family owned companysupplying a wide range of welding machinery and industrial supplies tocustomers located throughout Queensland.
They are conducting a feasibility study into opening awarehouse operation in Dalby and are seeking expressions of interest for anexperienced and motivated branch manager responsible for Internal Sales &Distribution.;
This position is an internal based role with responsibilitiescrossing over into warehousing/ distribution.
Activities Involved:
Assistwith internal sales including walk-in, phone & email




Identifycustomer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Maintainingexisting client relationships
Sellingproducts to recent existing and clients
Achieveteam sales targets and individual KPI's
Receivegoods; ensuring the accuracy of delivered goods against delivery documents
Retrieveitems and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Skills Required:
Proventrack record with strong sales and negotiation skills
Backgroundin servicing the welding, engineering or fabrication markets
Exceptionalcommunication skills including face-to-face interaction
Self-motivatedand able to work autonomously
Can-doattitude and hard-working
Abilityto build relationships with customers
Solutionbased approach
Abilityto acquire welding industry product knowledge
Ableto use a computer efficiently & effectively
BothDriver's and Forklift Licence
