Marine Hotel is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to join our venue leadership team and take charge of late-evening shifts, floor control, and closing procedures.
This role focuses on late-trade execution and ensuring a safe, vibrant atmosphere.
You'll support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality legends, manage the pub areas, and deliver outstanding service on every shift.
RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required, with physical duties including lifting and stock delivery.
