About the Role As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse within Residential Aged Care, you will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Develop and implement care plans




Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
Promote dignity, independence and quality of life for residents
Work across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast
About You To be successful, you will have:
Current
AHPRA registration
as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum
12 months recent Residential Aged Care experience
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Solid clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
