opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join ourtalented culinary team at The Galley Kitchen.
About you
You're ateam player who brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride to everythingyou do in the kitchen.
With previous experience in a fine dining restaurant orhotel setting, you're confident under pressure and love creating dishes thatleave a lasting impression.
You'llbring:
Demonstrated experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen setting
A collaborative and open-minded approach – always ready to learn and grow
A commitment to producing high-quality food across a variety of styles
High standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
A current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
A current CertIII in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.
Allcandidates progressing to the next stage of recruitment will complete relevantchecks, including a criminal history check, reference checks, and right-to-workverification – all facilitated by The Wests Group.
