Customer Care Consultant

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries
Processing orders, quotes, and backorder requests
Providing product information and recommending solutions
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Identifying opportunities to support sales and add value
Working collaboratively to achieve team and customer service goals
Helping improve processes and finding smarter ways of working
What we're looking for
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, customer-first mindset
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confidence using computers and multiple systems
A team player who enjoys working with others
Bonus points if you have experience in industrial, trade, wholesale,



or supply environments.
