IP Australia is offering an prospect for Trade Mark Examiners to assess applications under the Trade Marks Act ****.
You do not need prior experience in IP, trade marks or law, as full training is provided when you commence.
Examiners will conduct research, analyse and interpret information, apply legal tests and liaise with customers, IP professionals and the public to determine registrability.
The role begins at TM1 and offers rapid progression to TM4 within the IP Australia framework.
