Integrated Disability Support Services (IDSS) is seeking a Practice Improvement and Quality Leader to assess and strengthen skills of Supported Independent Living teams.
The role is hands-on, focusing on quality disability support, evaluating practice in homes and guiding workers to improve.
Working within IDSS guidelines and training matrices, you'll conduct competency assessments, provide coaching, and ensure improvements meet NDIS and SIL standards while respecting participant needs and
