About the role
As an Occupational Therapist (Advanced), you'll:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to people living with disability
Support customers to achieve meaningful goals through a person-centred approach
Complete high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments that support meaningful outcomes for customers
Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day and areas of interest
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
Provide therapy across hub and community settings
Build strong partnerships with families, schools, hospitals and other support networks
Mentor and support less experienced clinicians, sharing knowledge and contributing to clinical capability across the team
Use your clinical expertise to contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice service delivery

About You

To be successful, you'll have:
Demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally supporting customers with complex needs
Strong experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced clinicians is highly regarded
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for community visits
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance and First Aid (or ability to obtain)
