About the Role
This is 12 months Fixed term contract position.
As a Credit Officer, you will need to ensure that all outstanding accounts, reconciliations, adjustments and refunds are processed/collected in a timely and effective manner.
Key roles and responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts.
Collect outstanding debts via phone calls and emails.
Liaise with facilities personnel regarding unpaid disputed resident accounts.
Ability to deal with internal stakeholders and provide solutions to resolve delinquent accounts.
Contacting and updating resident information for all DERP's.
Processing customer refunds.
Assist the billing team at End of Month by handling call volumes.
Ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the Credit Manager.
Essential Skills and Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a Credit function
Solid Negotiation skills.
Accounting Qualified.
Aged Care experience highly desirable but not essential.
Experience in Epicor highly desirable.
Business to Customer collection experience is essential.
Core Competencies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.




High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in a fast-paced complex environment.
Excellent customer service.
