With 3 chairs, a strong focus on general dentistry and fortnightly prosthodontic sessions, this centre provides quality, accessible care to families across Browns Plains and the wider Logan community.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager, people leader or Senior Dental Assistant ready to step up.
You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.What we offerPermanent full-time position (Monday to Friday roster)Established 3-chair centre providing general dental services, plus prosthodontic sessions once a fortnightCompetitive salary package with career progression opportunitiesFriendly, community-focused team and loyal patient baseOngoing training, coaching and leadership developmentSupport from experienced regional and national operations teamsA growing national network offering long-term career pathwaysAbout the roleAs Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Browns Plains centre, ensuring a positive and qualified environment for both patients and your team.You'll:Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every timeManage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentationSupport dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental careCoordinate fortnightly prosthodontic sessions, including scheduling, patient preparation,



lab work timelines and treatment plan follow-upEnsure compliance with clinical and operational policies and proceduresMonitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvementPartner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growthThis role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership.
