As part of Maestro Hospitality, Cibaria offers the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most respected Italian hospitality professionals.We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team.Position RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have: Full Australian working rights Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Pizzaiolo in a professional commercial kitchen Demonstrated experience in dough production, fermentation management, stretching, and pizza cooking techniques Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a skilled kitchen brigade Strong communication and organisational skills Availability to work weekdays, weekends,
