Office & Continuous Improvement Manager Sydney CBD Hybrid Full-time We're working with an established consulting firm based near Wynyard in Sydney CBD who are looking for an Office & Continuous Improvement Manager to take ownership of office operations while playing a key role across business systems, process improvement, compliance and change initiatives.
This is a broad role that sits across business operations, systems implementation, stakeholder management, compliance and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to implement new systems, improve existing processes, maintain compliance and ensure changes are successfully adopted.
About the role You will be responsible for coordinating and driving a range of operational and continuous improvement initiatives, while also overseeing the day-to-day administrative requirements of the office.
A key focus will be supporting the business through system implementations and process changes.
You'll work alongside business stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate implementation activities, follow up actions and ensure teams are confident using new systems and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and supporting the implementation of current business systems and technologyWorking with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify process improvementsFollowing up stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completedSupporting change management and user adoption across the businessDeveloping processes, procedures,
user guides and supporting documentationIdentifying inefficiencies and recommending practical improvementsSupporting the business to maintain key compliance requirements, policies, procedures and internal controlsWorking with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and implement improvementsSupporting the review and development of policies and proceduresSupporting stakeholders through changes to systems, processes and ways of workingHelping teams build confidence and capability with new systemsReviewing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiencyCoordinating meetings, actions and project requirements across multiple stakeholdersOverseeing general office operations and administrationProviding administrative and executive support to senior stakeholders as requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded, confident with stakeholders and genuinely interested in how businesses operate.You may come from an EA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Business Operations, Business Support, Project Coordination or Continuous Improvement background and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience.You'll ideally have:Experience working in a business operations, EA, office management,
business support or project environmentExperience supporting system implementations, technology projects or business process improvementsExperience working with compliance requirements, policies, procedures or internal controlsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe confidence to work with senior stakeholders and influence people to complete agreed actionsStrong project coordination and organisational skillsExperience supporting change and helping users adopt new systems or processesA practical approach to problem-solving and process improvementStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesThe ability to work independently and take ownership of initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou don't need to be a technical systems specialist.
We're looking for someone who can understand business requirements, coordinate implementation activities, work with stakeholders and make sure new systems and processes are successfully embedded within the business.Why this role?
