Therole:
An excellent career opportunityexists for an enthusiastic, capable and suitably qualified and experiencedperson to join the dynamic Upper Hunter Shire Council team as Director ofInfrastructure Services.
Reporting tothe General Manager and as a member of the executive leadership team, you willimplement, manage and administer a broad range of civil engineering projects,including road construction and maintenance, water and sewer infrastructureconstruction and maintenance, and parks and facilities maintenance andoperations.
This position is based in Scone and is critical to the success ofCouncil.

What we need from you:
To be successful in therole, you will have proven experience in providing leadership at a similarlevel in a multifunctional organisation.
Your understanding of Civil Engineering will be matched by an extensiveproject management background.
You willpossess strong communication and people skills which will ensure effectiveengagement with internal and external stakeholders.
