Duties
Manage tenders from initial review to submission
Prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons
Review documentation, identify scope gaps and project risks
Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender documentation
Identify value engineering opportunities and competitive solutions
Skills & Experience
5–8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor
Experience across newbuild, industrial, education,



healthcare and/or refurbishment
Strong understanding of D&C;, ECI and Construct Only projects
Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Cubit, EstimateOne or Procore experience advantageous
