Mercado is on the hunt for a passionate and reliable Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our crew.

Your Role: Prepare food to Mercado standards: fast, fresh, consistent Run smooth breakfast service operations Complete daily opening and closing procedures Assist with stocktake and prep list planning Assist with ordering Maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout your shift Restock service stations (grill, pass, bain-marie) as needed Follow food safety protocols: temp logs, sanitising, HACCP Complete shift reports and communicate effectively with the team and with front of house What You Bring: Breakfast experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative, and cleanliness.
