Ozcare in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clients at our Douglas Aged Care Facility.
You will coordinate client care, assess and develop individualised care plans, and contribute to AN-ACC documentation and assessments.
You will supervise Care Assistants, liaise with clients and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.
AHPRA registration is required.
