Bunnings is hiring a Department Manager to lead a 20+ solid team and oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in a busy store.
You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, driving Best Experience for customers and ensuring our Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will monitor customer service levels, liaise with Merchandising and Store Leadership teams, and play a key role in safety and loss prevention, while supporting weekend rosters and public holidays.
