The role
The
Supply Chain Specialist
will be accountable for providing end-to-end Supply Chain support for Mark Anthony Australia.
The role will cover Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics , while partnering with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to optimize inventory, provide excellent customer service, mitigate supply risks, and drive continuous improvement across Mark Anthony Australia Supply Chain.
What you'll do
Order to cash process through ERP system for AUS customers
Oversight of finished goodsinventory levels at all 3rd party facilities with responsibility for escalation and process improvement.
New market set up in conjunction with commercial teams
ERP Super User and process owner with responsibility for driving system adoption and improvements
Monthly reporting and accurate efficient month end processes
Single Point of contact for all external partners including first line escalation
Business Lead for all IT upgrades/scoping/testing incl Customer & 3PL EDI
What you'll bring
3–5 years of Supply/Demand Planning experience, preferably within the Beer/Wine/Spirits or FMCG industries




Minimum 3 years of experience using an ERP system such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, or QAD
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proven understanding of global logistics processes, systems, and cost management
Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-growth FMCG environment
Must currently reside in Australia and hold valid, unrestricted work authorization
