Felons is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef - Pizza to join a team that values quality, sustainability and collaboration.
We're after a true pizza specialist who thrives in a busy service and owns everything from dough to pass.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the pizza section through service, from dough production and prep to stretching, topping and oven management
Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, recipe development and pricing
Lead, train and mentor junior pizza chefs, and step into the Head Pizza Chef role when required
Manage stock, ordering, cost control and rostering in line with service needs and budget
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene,



HACCP and WHS are always maintained
About you:
Solid experience in a busy, high-volume pizzeria
Confident across every pizza task: dough, prep, stretching, topping and oven
Able to handle a slammed service while keeping quality and consistency on point
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with experience leading and training junior team members
Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
