a permanent part-time basis.

Following continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support both the finance function and day-to-day office operations.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a varied position combining Accounts Payable, finance administration and office coordination responsibilities.

Main responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, including invoices, expenses and payment runs
Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Assist with month-end activities and fixed asset maintenance
Provide support across Accounts Receivable when required
Follow up outstanding timesheets and approvals across the business
Coordinate office administration, supplies and building management requirements
Manage access cards, onboarding administration and general office support
Liaise with stakeholders across local and international teams
Identify and support process improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate:
3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Officer or Finance Assistant position
Strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
Exposure to reconciliations, month-end processes and broader finance support
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicating with stakeholders and following up outstanding actions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable balancing finance and office administration responsibilities
Process improvement mindset and proactive approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
