Housekeeping Supervisor
$85,218 + super
The roster is 9 days on, 5 days off (10x hour shifts)
Accommodation and meals provided
The role is fly in fly out (FIFO) from Brisbane or drive in drive out (DIDO) from Mackay and local region

Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Eureka Village.
The Position
You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.
You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.
This is a physical, hands-on role, where you are expected to also work alongside the team
Training of new employees
Conduct effective prestart meetings, attend to performance issues, Demonstrate and reinforce safe work ethics, effectively investigate and report all hazards/incidents and injuries
Prepare and submit performance reports and field leadership
The Person
Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team
Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team's overall performance
Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
Standard 11 Certificate (desirable)
