Job Description About the RoleAs a Group Reservations Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating, managing, and executing group bookings—from corporate conferences and weddings to tour groups and special events.
You'll ensure every detail is handled with precision, delivering a flawless experience from inquiry through to arrival.
?️ Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate group reservations from initial enquiry through to departureLiaise with sales, front office,



and events teams to ensure smooth executionInput and maintain accurate booking data in reservation systemsMonitor room allocations, rates, contracts, and cut-off datesPrepare rooming lists, reports, and group arrivalsHandle special requests, changes, and last-minute adjustments professionallyDeliver excellent customer service to clients, agents, and internal stakeholdersQualifications✅ What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or events coordinationStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud experience highly regarded)Group block managementA positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest service Additional Information Why Join Us?
