We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Process Mining, Data Mapping, and API analysis to support large-scale Cloud and Digital Transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and enable successful implementation of transformation programs.

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct process discovery workshops and leverage process mining techniques to identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
Create and maintain business process flows, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
Perform end-to-end data mapping and data lineage analysis across multiple systems.
Analyze, document, and validate API requirements, integration specifications, and data exchange models.
Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams on modernization and transformation initiatives.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and solution validation sessions.
Support system integration, migration, and transformation projects by assessing business impacts and dependencies.
Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning, execution support, and defect resolution.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions throughout project delivery.
Skill Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
.




Knowledge of enterprise integration and middleware solutions.
Familiarity with Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Process Intelligence, or similar platforms.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN, and related BA tools.
Exposure to large-scale transformation, modernization, or migration projects.
Required Skills
Robust experience in
Process Mining
and business process analysis.
Hands-on experience in
Data Mapping
, data transformation, and data migration projects.
Strong understanding of
APIs (REST/SOAP)
and system integration patterns.
Experience working on
Cloud Transformation
and Digital Transformation programs.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
