Mater Health Services in South Brisbane is seeking a Clinical Midwife Consultant/Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the CHAMP at Home program, blending midwifery and nursing expertise to support women and families in the postnatal period.
You will provide advanced clinical leadership, supervision and care coordination with a focus on AOD, perinatal mental health and psychosocial risk, while driving quality improvement and service planning.
