Physiotherapist (Experienced or New Grad) n
101 Physio is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physiotherapist to join our team in Hoppers Crossing and Melton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a progressive and innovative healthcare organisation, providing a wide range of physiotherapy services to our clients.
What you'll be doing n
Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions
n
Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function and overall wellbeing
n
Providing hands-on physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription and the application of modalities
n
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care
n
Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices
n
Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research
What we're looking for n
Degree in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Solid clinical skills and the ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care
n




Experience with manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and musculoskeletal assessment
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
n
A demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning
n
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
n
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
