THE ROLE: Some of your key accountabilities will include: Processing orders Following up customer queries regarding stock availability, pricing issues and order ETA's Working closely with the warehouse staff to coordinate orders and create consignment notes.
Assisting with stock purchasing inventory planning.
THE CANDIDATE: To secure this role the ideal candidate will have: Experience within a similar role – you may have been in a similar support role which was a mix of admin, order processing and customer service.
Excellent communication skills – you will be chatting to customers daily and will often be seen as the go to person.
It's essential you have fantastic communication skills.
Solid admin skills – you enjoy supporting the team keeping the admin up to date and have great attention to detail.
A great attitude and work ethic – This team loves to have fun but also works hard to achieve their goals.
