Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a
lifestyle/retirement
development in Wanagratta
n
You'll be responsible for delivering initially the commercial elements of this land mark project circa $5 + MIL Hub and then move to the residential elements that consist of 150 + units.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
n
Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively
n
Maintain strong OH&S; standards, site compliance, and documentation
n
Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
n
Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
n
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers
n
About You n
n




Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience desirable)
n
Strong knowledge of OH&S;, NCC, and local building standards
n
Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines
n
High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
n
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
n
Commercial building License highly desirable **
