Responsibilities Retail n

Assisting with scripts in/out

Counselling patients about medications.

Aged Care Facilities n
n
Ensuring daily orders and medication changes are processed for delivery according to the doctor's instructions.
n
Liaising with doctors and aged care staff to provide the best health outcome for our residents.
n
The successful candidate will have the following qualities n
n
Completed a Bachelor/Masters in Pharmacy
n
Passion to learn about all aspects of Pharmacy
n
Outgoing nature and excellent communication skills.
n
Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
n
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
n
n
