We are representing a rapidly expanding Construction & Infrastructure practice advising on significant disputes and major projects across Australia.
n
The team acts for clients in the current energy, property and infrastructure sectors and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career in a high-performing, supportive environment.
The Role n
You'll work across a wide range of construction and infrastructure disputes, including:
n
n
Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
n
Dispute management across major project cycles
n
Contract interpretation, risk and claims management
n
Collaboration with front-end, projects and real estate teams on complex matters
n
n
This role provides genuine career development, exposure to high-quality work and the chance to work closely with experienced senior practitioners on landmark projects.
About You n
You will have 2-4 years' PAE in construction disputes, gained in private practice or in-house, or be a commercial litigator looking to develop a practice in construction disputes.

Additionally, you will have:

Strong technical and drafting skills
n
Experience across litigation, arbitration or adjudication matters
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
n
A genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector
n
n
