Join RAA s friendly, high-performing Retail Sales Team, where you ll turn great conversations into sales and help our members find the right products and services for their needs.
This is a sales-focused role where meeting and exceeding targets is a key expectation .
You ll handle inbound calls from our members, build rapport, uncover their needs and confidently showcase the value of RAA s products and services, particularly Insurance and Road Service.
You ll play an important role in growing our business while delivering great experiences for our members.
Your key responsibilities will include: Achieving and exceeding sales targets across a range of products and services, including Insurance and Road Service.
Taking inbound calls and turning customer enquiries into sales opportunities.
Building rapport, asking the right questions and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and services.
Communicating product benefits and confidently handling questions to help members make informed decisions.
Balancing sales performance with quality conversations, great service and positive member outcomes.
Following procedures and guidelines to make sound decisions for both RAA and our members.

We want you to feel confident and set up for success, so you ll receive a thorough, structured training program covering our systems, products and sales approach.
You ll commence on 23 November , with four weeks of full-time training to get you started.




Hours Our contact centre operates Monday to Friday, 8am 6pm.
You ll work an eight-hour shift on a rotating roster within these hours, with opportunities for overtime.
There are also rostered and optional overtime shifts available on Saturdays between 9am and 12pm.
About you You re motivated by results, enjoy connecting with people and thrive in an environment where performance matters.
You understand that great customer experiences and strong sales results go hand in hand, and you re driven to achieve your targets and continually improve.
We re also looking for someone with: A genuine passion for sales and the motivation to meet and exceed targets.
Confidence building rapport, influencing conversations and identifying sales opportunities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain products and their benefits clearly.
A team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and celebrate success together.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across computer systems.
Confidence using computers and navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers.
