About the Role n
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you'll manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities across multiple business units, ensuring invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supplier relationships are managed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
n
Processing invoices, payment runs and reconciliations
n
Maintaining supplier records and responding to enquiries
n
Processing employee expense claims and company card reconciliations
n
Supporting month-end reporting and audit activities
n
Contributing to process improvement initiatives across the Finance function
n
Skills & Experience n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role
n




Is a confident communicator who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
n
Brings initiative, curiosity and a willingness to get involved
n
Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Enjoys solving problems and continuously improving processes
n
Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Has intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
n
n
n
Has ERP experience, with
NetSuite highly desirable
n
