Red Lily Health Board Aboriginal Corporation (RLHB) is seeking experienced Remote Area Nurses to join our clinical teams across the West Arnhem region. This is a rewarding chance to deliver culturally secure primary healthcare while working closely with Aboriginal communities in remote Northern Territory locations.

About the Role
n
As a Remote Area Nurse, you will:
n
n
Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare across the lifespan
n
Provide acute care, chronic disease management, health promotion and education
n
Work within a multidisciplinary team including Aboriginal Health Practitioners, GPs and visiting specialists
n
Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
n
Travel to homelands and communities by light aircraft and 4WD when required
n

Warruwi (South Goulburn Island)

About You
n
You will have:
n

Current AHPRA registration
n
Experience in remote or rural nursing in Australia
n
Strong clinical judgement, adaptability and teamwork skills
n
Commitment to culturally respectful healthcare
n
Manual driver's licence
n
National Police Check & Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
n
Ability to travel by light aircraft and 4WD
n
n
Desirable (but not essential)
:
n
Midwifery, Emergency, Child Health, Mental Health or Primary Health Care qualifications.
