Fast & Curious ELC Kanahooka is a brand-new, 66-place early learning service in Kanahooka, preparing to welcome our first children and families.
n
We're building our founding team and looking for educators who want to be part of something from the very beginning — helping shape our culture, practice and the experience we create for children and families from day one.
n

Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)
n
$1,000 sign-on bonus available for successful eligible candidates. Terms and conditions apply.

ABOUT YOU
n
While each role has different responsibilities, we're looking for people who share some significant qualities:

Experienced in early childhood education and genuinely enjoy working with children
n
Warm, professional and confident in building relationships with children and families
n
A team player who communicates openly and respectfully
n
Reliable, organised and willing to take initiative
n
Committed to creating an environment where children are safe, heard, respected and empowered
n
Understand that child safety is everyone's responsibility and are confident speaking up when something doesn't feel right
n
Inclusive and respectful of every child's individual strengths,



needs and identity
n
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
n
An
ACECQA-approved qualification
in Early Childhood Education and Care relevant to the position (Graduate Diplomas are not suitable)
n
Current
NSW Working With Children Check
n
Current First Aid, including current CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
Full working rights
in Australia
n
Availability Monday to Friday across our operating hours, on a rotating roster
n
For ECT positions, current
NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain it
n
