to support an innovative robotics data collection project. You'll perform hands‐on tasks that help train and improve next-generation robotic AI systems.
No prior robotics or AI experience is required.

Scope of Work n
n
Operate a handheld UMI gripper device to perform repetitive manipulation tasks, such as picking up objects and opening containers.
n
Follow detailed instructions and protocols precisely to ensure consistent data collection.
n
Reset physical environments between tasks and verify data quality.
n
Identify and report hardware issues, unclear instructions, or recording problems.
n
Maintain accuracy and focus during repetitive hands‐on activities.
n




Document observations and communicate issues or process improvements.
n
Work closely with project coordinators and other team members.
n
Preferred Qualifications n

Good fine motor skills, dexterity, and precision.
n
Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
n
Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and extended periods of focused work.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
n
Able to quickly learn basic hardware and software.
n
Transparent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Hands‐on experience in warehouse work, operations, gaming, gig work, student projects, or similar activities is a plus.
n
No previous robotics or AI experience required.
