n ensure quality is considered early through better

Experience,
n Skills and Qualifications

n Significant relevant quality engineering experience,

n leadership across multiple squads, streams,

n product areas in a digital setting.

n Strong experience shaping quality strategy, automation

direction,
n and standards adoption across teams.

n Demonstrated experience leading complex E2E
n
initiatives
n that require cross-team coordination and
n
stakeholder
n management.

n Strong knowledge of web, app, API delivery quality
n
challenges,
n including accessibility testing and visual
n
regression
n for customer-facing experiences.

n Strong API testing knowledge and experience driving

adoption
n of API-first testing practices.

n Solid communication, influencing, facilitation, and

mentoring
n capability.
