The successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
You must be a career fashion retailer, eager to thrive in Australia's premier fashion boutique.Your key responsibilities will be:Drive in boutique sales and deliver exceptional client service through personalised styling and relationship managementAchieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targetsDevelop, nurture and grow long term client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunitiesOperate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficientlyComplete End of Day procedures and CRM reportingMaintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and customer service throughout the boutiqueManage stock organisation, storage,



incoming deliveries, transfers and dispatchesSupport the day to day operations of the boutique, ensuring a seamless client experience at all timesQualificationsMinimum 3 years retail fashion experience, preferably within luxury fashion and/or multi brand retailThorough knowledge of luxury fashion, market trends, and the international and local brands represented at Parlour XStrong styling ability with an understanding of fit, proportion, body shapes, and personalised client serviceVisual merchandising experience with a strong eye for presentation and detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleaguesHighly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environmentCollaborative team player with a proactive and professional approachImmaculate personal presentation, grooming, and a strong sense of personal style aligned with the luxury fashion industry
