Village Cinemas in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations and ensure memorable guest experiences.
You will report to the site leadership team and coach staff on service steps, while maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.You will be responsible for front-of-house management, rostering, and resolving guest needs with professionalism.
Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required in a rapid-paced cinema setting.
