Youth Development Officer | South MackayGenuine Outcomes provides residential care in Mackay, and we have a clear plan for where we're headed.
Current residences are opening over the next few months, so we're filling YDO positions now.
Growth here means more roles and more room to progress for people who are good at this work.We work to HSQF standards and treat continuous improvement as part of the job, both in how we run the organisation and in the care we give young people. There's no paperwork mountain here.
We're fully digital, our doors are open, and we say what we mean, so YDOs spend their time where it counts.
Directors and senior managers are easy to reach, constructive, and hands‐on when problems need solving.
We stand behind our staff, we're honest with them, and we've built the kind of workplace good people don't want to leave. If you're in this for the young people, you'll feel at home.About The PositionYouth Development Officers care for and guide at‐risk young people living in Residential Out of Home Care.
