The Silver Collective is an Australian jewellery brand that began as an online brand in **** and has since experienced tremendous growth, opening our Westfield Miranda boutique in **** and our Westfield Parramatta location in ****.
The brand is a creative collaboration of mother and daughter duo, Maria and Anastasia in their pursuit to create affordable finer sterling silver jewellery.
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Boutique Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves customer service, enjoys driving sales and is confident supporting a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the boutique, motivate the team to achieve their targets and ensure every customer receives an exceptional in-store experience.
The Role:
Deliver a high level of customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
Help customers choose jewellery, style pieces and find the right gifts.
Handle customer questions or concerns professionally.
Lead by example and support, coach and motivate the team.
Act as Manager‐on‐Duty when required.
Open and close the boutique following company procedures.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Monitor stock levels and ensure products are replenished.




Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.
Drive daily and weekly sales targets, store budgets and KPIs.
Keep the team focused on delivering strong sales and customer service.
Support promotions, campaigns and key retail periods.
Follow cash handling, POS, security and loss prevention procedures.
Maintain a safe and professional environment for customers and the team.
This role is available across both our Westfield Miranda and Parramatta boutiques.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion, jewellery, beauty or a similar customer-focused environment.
Experience supporting or supervising a retail team.
Strong sales experience with a track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
Confident delivering a high level of customer service and handling customer concerns.
Comfortable opening and closing a store and acting as Manager‐on‐Duty.
Experience with POS systems, cash handling and basic stock management.
Strong communication and people skills.
Reliable, organised and confident taking initiative.
Available to work a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
