You'll be the person who comes in, has a look at what we've already set up, tells us what's good, what needs fixing, and what we should be doing next.
This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever suits you.
We're based in Melbourne, and it would be a bonus if you're local and can occasionally catch up with us or help with content days, but it's definitely not essential.
Key responsibilities
Audit our TikTok, Instagram and Meta setup
Make sure our ad accounts, are all set up properly
Build and manage TikTok and Meta ad campaigns
Get our ads in front of the right tradies
Create content ideas that are actually entertaining and relatable
Help with ad creative, video concepts, hooks and messaging
Test what works and ditch what doesn't
Keep an eye on performance and optimise campaigns
Help us build a marketing strategy that can actually scale
About you
Know TikTok Ads and Meta Ads Manager well & have extensive experience in this area
Understand Instagram and short-form video
Have experience running paid social campaigns
Know how to target,



test and optimise audiences
Can come up with strong hooks and creative concepts
Understand what makes people stop scrolling
Are comfortable giving us direction instead of just waiting for instructions
Have experience with SaaS, apps, tradies or small business audiences, even better
