About the Role
Residential loan processing
Asset finance applications
Construction loan progress payments
Liaising with clients, lenders, builders and solicitors
Managing applications from submission to settlement
Keeping accurate records and providing regular client updates
About You
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Customer-focused and proactive
Willing to learn and grow
Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking,



finance, administration or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
