We're looking for a QA Lead who
n brings deep quality engineering expertise, leads with rigour, and operates with
n the autonomy and pace of someone who has done this before. You will own and be
n accountable for testing delivery across value streams, driving both functional
n and non -functional quality outcomes for Project. The platform is complex, the
n integrations are real, and the business impact of what you deliver is
n immediate. You are expected to work with modern tools and frameworks as a
n genuine part of how you operate.

Your Role and
n Responsibilities
n
n
n
Lead the creation, development, and execution of both functional and non -functional testing strategies for the platform, ensuring alignment with the QE Strategy.
n
n
Own and be accountable for testing delivery across the team.
n
n
Standardise testing practices and ensure compliance with the testing framework.
n
n
Design reusable templates to enhance the efficiency of test design.
n
n
Advocate for quality engineering and lead initiatives to meet platform QE goals.
n
n
Contribute to User Story refinement sessions to clarify acceptance criteria, monitor risks, and confirm the Definition of Done.
n
n
Coordinate test plans with release and environment schedules for each PI.
n
n
Coordinate and drive end -to -end testing with the team and stakeholders in a hands -on manner.
n
n
Conduct exploratory, functional, and automated progression and regression testing to ensure software quality.
n
n
Log and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
n
n
Mentor team members and promote QA best practices.
n
n
Maintain thorough test documentation and adhere to testing standards.
n
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

What We're
n Looking For

We're looking for candidates with a combination
n of the following:
n
n
n
At least 8 years of experience in software testing in a lead capacity.
n
n
Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.
n
n
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
n
n
QE experience in Salesforce and Genesys platforms.
n
n
Experience testing cloud -hosted applications.
n
n
Knowledge or experience in insurance or finance domains.
n
n
Experience working with Playwright and AI -assisted testing tools.
n
n
Mobile testing experience.
n
n
