We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney team on a full-time basis.
This role will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across brand, retail, digital, social media, partnerships, activations and new product launches.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand activity across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer and experiential channels.
Coordinate new product launches, including campaign planning, agency briefings, asset development, sampling and in-store execution.
Manage social media, content and influencer activity, ensuring all work aligns with H2coco's brand strategy and commercial objectives.
Coordinate marketing partnerships, events, sponsorships and brand activations, including supplier, agency and stakeholder management.
Analyse campaign,



consumer and market performance to identify opportunities and prepare recommendations for future activity.
Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, retailers and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
About you to be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
At least 1-2 years' relevant marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, lifestyle or a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail and/or experiential channels.
Robust project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with agencies, suppliers, retail partners and internal stakeholders.
A creative mindset combined with commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
