You will be working alongside our commercial plumbing and hydraulic team carrying out excavation and trenching associated with underground services.
Key responsibilities n
n
Operating excavators and associated plant
n
Trenching for underground plumbing and hydraulic services
n
Working to required depths, levels and grades
n
Reading and interpreting site plans
n
Backfilling and site preparation
n
Daily plant pre-start inspections
n
Maintaining a protected and tidy work area
n
Working closely with plumbers, supervisors and other trades on site
n
About you n
n
Demonstrated excavator operating experience
n
Construction White Card
n
Current driver's licence
n
Experience excavating around underground services
n




Understanding of trenching and excavation safety requirements
n
Ability to read plans and work to levels
n
Reliable transport to and from the Bargara project
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety
n

LBP Plumbing & Drainage Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for a new commercial project located in Bargara, Queensland. All excavators and machinery required for the works will be supplied by LBP.

$45 per hour + penalties + super

Commercial project with consistent work

Potential for further work with LBP following completion of the project
