Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a self-motivated Claims Officer to join the Claims team at our Tullamarine HQ on a full-time basis. You will manage backend administrative duties, proactively contact customers about damagers, and maintain complete file records for recovery actions.

You will investigate vehicle damage cases, gather information for recent claims, prepare paperwork for refunds or allocation, and handle inquiries by phone and email while keeping accurate file notes.
