Massage Therapist- Clients Ready & Waiting
City Cave Float and Wellness Centre – Everton Park QLD
Massage Therapist | Clients Ready & Waiting
Looking for somewhere you can focus on being a great therapist – without having to build everything from scratch?
City Cave Everton Park is growing its massage team, and we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists who want to join an established wellness centre with solid client demand.
This isn't about simply filling another massage roster.
We're looking for therapists who genuinely care about their craft, their clients and being part of a reliable, fun-loving team.
In return, we want to create an chance that works for you too.
Why City Cave Everton Park?
Clients ready and waitingWe already have strong demand for massage at Everton Park and are looking to expand our therapist availability to meet it.
Let's talk about how you want to workWe know one working arrangement doesn't suit every therapist.
We're open to conversations around different engagement structures and availability, depending on the individual and the needs of the centre.
Whether you're looking for consistent days, additional hours alongside your existing work, or something more substantial, we'd love to understand what you're looking for.
For the right candidates, City Cave can provide financial support towards selected short courses and professional development opportunities to help expand your skills and treatment offering.
You'll have access to City Cave services and become part of a growing national wellness brand.
International candidates are welcome to applyIf you currently hold a valid Australian visa with appropriate working rights, we'd be happy to hear from you.

For eligible candidates, we're also open to discussing future visa pathways where appropriate.
Any visa support would be subject to individual eligibility, business requirements and formal approval.
A broader approach to wellnessCity Cave brings together massage, float therapy and infrared sauna under one roof, giving our therapists the opportunity to work within a genuine wellness environment rather than a traditional massage-only clinic.
Who we're looking for
Qualifications matter, but the person behind them matters just as much.
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable and committed to the availability they agree to
Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
Passionate about massage and continuing to develop their skills
Comfortable working as part of a broader centre team
Confident delivering high-quality treatments within their scope of practice
Interested in building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply moving through appointments
Remedial qualifications are highly regarded, however we'd also love to hear from therapists with strong relaxation, deep tissue, sports or other relevant massage experience.
For remedial therapists providing health-fund-rebate services, appropriate qualifications, professional association membership and insurance requirements will apply.
Already working somewhere else?
That's okay.
You don't necessarily need to leave an existing clinic or completely change your working week to talk to us.
If you have one or two days available and want to explore adding City Cave to your week, we'd still like to hear from you.
Likewise, if you're looking for something more substantial, tell us.
