Diploma qualification and previous Lead Educator experience are essential.
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you'll:
Lead, mentor and support a team of educatorsCreate engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLFHelp establish your room's routines, environments and team cultureBuild strong relationships with children and familiesSupport children's individual learning, development and wellbeingGuide observations, planning and Storypark documentationWork closely with the Centre Leadership TeamMaintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
You're an experienced Lead Educator who is confident leading a room, supporting your team and creating high-quality learning environments.
You'll bring:




ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CarePrevious experience as a Lead EducatorStrong understanding of the EYLF and play-based learningConfidence mentoring and supporting educatorsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA cooperative and positive leadership styleCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificatesCompleted National Child Safety Training
