You will be one of the key points of contact between Auto Tread and our customers, assisting them with product enquiries, stock availability, orders and deliveries.
This role combines internal sales, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination and general administration, with the opportunity for the right person to develop into a broader sales and account management role.Key responsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionallyProcess and place customer orders accurately and efficientlyAssist customers with tyre sizes, patterns, applications, availability and product selectionCheck stock availability, pricing and customer account informationFollow up quotations, enquiries and sales opportunitiesMake outbound sales calls to existing and potential customersBuild and maintain robust relationships with tyre shops, workshops and other trade customersCoordinate freight, transport and customer deliveriesLiaise with warehouse,
sales and management teamsMaintain accurate customer and order information within company systemsAbout youPrevious internal sales, customer service or administration experienceStrong telephone communication and customer service skillsConfidence speaking with customers and identifying sales opportunitiesGood computer and general IT skillsExperience with Costar and/or MYOB will be highly regardedGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and OutlookStrong attention to detail and order accuracyGood organisational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a busy environmentReliable, punctual and responsibleAbout usAuto Tread is a growing Australian tyre and wheel wholesaler supplying passenger, performance, 4WD, commercial and truck tyre products to customers across the automotive industry.
